Delivery Policy
Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Packaging & Responsibility
We take great care in packaging our chocolates and use appropriate protective materials to ensure they are well-prepared for their postal journey. However, once your order has left our premises, responsibility for handling and transit lies with the third-party courier, and we cannot be held liable for loss, delay, or damage occurring during delivery.
Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product. During periods of hot weather, we may delay dispatch to protect the quality of your chocolates and ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept responsibility for any temperature-related damage, including melting, while in transit.
Delivery Times & Delays
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day, but this is not a guaranteed service. As we rely on a third-party courier, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or accept responsibility for delays, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and other peak seasons. During these times, please allow up to 7 additional days before contacting us regarding delayed deliveries.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracked & Signed Deliveries
If a delivery requires a signature, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel or provide an alternative address where this can be arranged. Failed delivery attempts due to no one being available are outside of our control.
Proof of Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email for your reference and ours. We are unable to investigate missing or delayed deliveries until 14 working days have passed from the dispatch date, after which we will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the issue where possible.
Ordering & Dispatch Times
Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches, and each piece is individually made, filled, decorated, and packaged with care. This is a time-intensive process to ensure the highest quality.

For small or individual orders, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order.

For larger orders or during busy periods, production may take up to 5 working days, followed by delivery time.

To avoid chocolates sitting in transit depots over the weekend, we generally do not dispatch on Fridays or weekends.
If you are ordering for a special occasion or a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance. Weekend delivery may be available at an additional cost, which must be covered by the customer.
