I have always been passionate about food, and am a lifelong chocolate lover.
I make chocolates where the ingredients are gluten and alcohol free as I felt this was a gap in the market for people who have intolerances.
Background
I worked for over 30 years in the public sector, in various roles and now do this alongside being a chocolatier.
I attended York College many years ago to complete a catering qualification and have always dreamt of working within the food industry.
In 2023 I discovered the art of making luxurious artisan chocolates when I completed an on-line course. From that day forward, I was hooked on the exquisite designs and flavour bombs that could be developed in to these tiny chocolate packages.
I made chocolates for friends and family but eventually word spread and I set up Grange Chocolates.
I have completed more courses to perfect my skills from well known chocolatiers in the UK and Europe to continue to develop fantastic flavour combinations.

The most important element of my chocolates is their sublime taste, however I think you will agree that the colours used are extra-ordinary.
